On September 17, 2025, the City of Omaha Planning Department’s Permits and Inspections division revealed that a new restaurant is on the way to Miracle Hills Square, a 137,000-square-foot retail center at 645 N 114th Street, Omaha, NE 68154.

According to the public filing, Bloom & Board has applied for commercial permits to remodel a 1,500-square-foot bay in the shopping center. While details remain unconfirmed, early indications suggest the concept will focus on charcuterie boards, wine pairings, and small-plate dining.
Miracle Hills Park, located at the busy intersection of 114th & Dodge, is undergoing rapid redevelopment as a mixed-use community hub. The property sees an estimated 113,636 cars per day, serving a dense trade area with over 92,000 residents and nearly 100,000 daytime workers within a three-mile radius.
The addition of Bloom & Board adds to an already growing lineup of entertainment and dining destinations in Miracle Hills, which currently includes Guitars & Cadillacs, Draftcade, and Hawaiian Bros.
As this project moves forward, Omaha food enthusiasts can expect more details about the restaurant’s official menu, design, and opening date.
