A Night Where Omaha’s Culinary Scene Meets Community Heart
On a warm September evening, the smell of perfectly seared pork, the subtle swirl of Pinot Noir in a glass, and the hum of easy conversation will fill the air at Champions Run. That’s what makes Pinot, Pigs & Pours more than an event—it’s a flavor-driven gathering where Omaha’s most talented chefs and generous neighbors come together for a cause that truly matters.
This year, the highly anticipated tasting experience returns on Thursday, September 18, 2025, and Omaha Food Magazine is proud to be a sponsor.
One Cause, One Night, Eleven Chefs

What sets this event apart? Every element is intentional. No auctions, no plated dinners, no long speeches. Just a thoughtfully curated experience that lets the food—and the mission—shine.
At the heart of it all: 11 Omaha chefs, reimagining pork in wildly creative ways. From smoked to sous vide, bacon to belly, expect bold flavors and unexpected pairings that linger long after the last bite.
This year’s culinary lineup includes:
- Oscar Hernandez – Corner Kitchen
- Ryan Ernst – Mouth of the South
- Will Birge – Mealbox Omaha
- Dan Benigno – Chef Around the Block
- Michael Hogan – Casanova’s Butchery
- Jared Clarke – Railcar & Marrow
- Aron Mackevicius – Talus Spirits & Sustenance
- Eduardo Marquez – Dynamite Woodfire Grill
- Alex Tomes – Memoir
- Dijon Ross – Champions Run
- Michael Anderson – Zinc at Omaha Performing Arts
Each one brings a distinctive style and philosophy—making every bite a conversation starter.
Sip with Purpose: Wines, Spirits & a Mission
With over 25 varietals of Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and premium pours like bourbon, tequila, and whiskey, this event is designed to intrigue even the most seasoned sipper.
But beyond indulgence, there’s impact.
