It's a jungle out there, and in downtown Omaha, there's a new restaurant that's ready to tame your wild cravings. Welcome to Untamed Kitchen, where the spirit of adventure meets the essence of wellness. If you're looking for a dining experience that not only tantalizes your taste buds but also fuels your body, then Clayton Chapman's latest culinary venture is the place to be.
Our team met ordered take out from Untamed Kitchen to see what all the buzz was about. Let's dive in.
Rooted in a Solid Foundation
The Untamed story began with a culinary visionary named Alex Harrington. A man whose passion for healthy living, fitness, and adventure led him to a dream – to create a restaurant brand that caters to every lifestyle. This wasn't just a passing whim; it was an obsession that grew from years of CrossFit workouts, marathons, and snowy Vermont escapades. In 2021, Alex decided it was time to turn this dream into a reality.
Collaborating with acclaimed Chef Clayton Chapman from the Grey Plume, the foundation of Untamed Kitchen was set. After extensive testing, feedback, and a whole lot of heart, Untamed Kitchen emerged, offering the best in healthy and sustainable dining.
At Untamed Kitchen, the philosophy is clear – the world doesn't need more restaurants; it needs better and healthier ones. This is a place where culinary excellence meets wellness, and where every dish tells a story of intentionality and sustainability. The primitive feeling of offering a rewarding meal after a day well spent still lingers here, making it a destination for those seeking both nourishment and adventure.
